A1 Interpretative Sign

This is for the installation of a laminated A1 interpretive sign mounted on four treated wooden posts or a lectern-style mounting.

Your Woods In and Around Towns Operational Plan map must clearly identify where the A1 interpretive sign will be located. The sign text must be agreed with Forestry Commission Scotland prior to production.

A1 interpretative sign:

  • laminated printed sheet on 18 millimetre GRP sign board
  • five millimetre thick clear acrylic lexan
  • waterproofed timber or steel outer frame
  • mounted on treated 100 millimetre square posts
