If you have a complaint about this scheme or its administration, you should in the first instance discuss the matter with the Head of Food Grants Team at the Scottish Government’s Food, Drink and Rural Communities Division, who may be able to answer your concern to your satisfaction:

Procedures are also in place to consider complaints and appeals against non-selection of your application for support.

These are based on the procedures set out in Scottish Rural Development Programme (SRDP) – this will be made available following approval of the SRDP by the European Commission later in the year.
