AECS - Improving Public Access 2018 - Application Submission

We are aware that some customers are experiencing difficulty in completing and submitting applications under AECS ‘Improving Public Access’.

Where there is evidence of an application having been started on the system before the Thursday, 31 May closing date, we will allow additional time for submission of the application once the system is functioning properly again.

We would advise any affected customers or agents to notify their local Area Office of the Business Reference Number & Main Location Code for the affected business before the 31 May deadline. This will ensure that no applicant is disadvantaged due to the current system difficulties.
