Rural Payments and Inspections Division (RPID), Ayr will be relocating its Ayr office to a new site in Kilwinning, with the Ayr office scheduled to close on 27 February. The Kilwinning office opening date is still to be confirmed.

The relocation is part of a broader effort to modernise facilities and improve accessibility for staff and customers across the region. Importantly, there will be no change to the level or quality of service—only the location is changing.

Although the Kilwinning office is not quite ready yet, RPID felt is would be helpful to provide customers with the new office details:

• Transport: Kilwinning train station (3 mins walk), bus (3 mins walk), there is limited on-site parking, however there is parking available nearby.
