Daily downtime for RP&S
We are having intermittent issues with RP&S and our staff being able to access documents stored on there.
We are working on a solution to this but until this issue can be fixed we will be starting a daily downtime of 10-15 minutes every day at 12noon to restart the system. This will start tomorrow – Friday, 3rd of February.
We hope this issue will be resolved soon and the daily downtime (around 15 minutes from 12noon) will stop. We will keep you informed with progress on this.
