Rural Payments and Services

Rural Payments and Services will be unavailable all weekend due to a planned upgrade of an internal Scottish Government system, which will have a knock-on effect to our own systems.

Work will begin at 5pm on Friday, 7 July, with a read-only version of the Rural Payments and Services communications log available until midnight, when the site will become unavailable.

Access is due to be restored at 8am on Monday, 10 July.

Although the website will be down to facilitate the upgrade to a separate system, additional work will be carried out on Rural Payments and Services during this time.

We are aware some customers and agents are working on Forestry Grant Scheme applications and understand that this may cause a frustrating delay in completing these.
