Rural Payments and Services

If you are registered on Rural Payments and Services but can’t see the Agricultural Census link, this is because you have not ‘claimed offline identity’.

If you wish to do your census online the Responsible Person needs to take the following action –

• log on to Rural Payments and Services, either by using an existing account you already have or (if you have no login) by creating a brand new account

• you will then need to submit a request to “claim OFFLINE identity” – full instructions are available here.

An Agent or Business Rep will need to be mandated to see the link for each individual business.
