Key dates and booking appointments online
The terms of the extension offered by the EU means that there is no separate penalty free period to amend a SAF.If you’re applying for the Basic Payment Scheme or the Agri-Environment Climate Scheme this year, here’s a reminder of some important dates coming up:
Agri-Environment Climate Scheme:
The deadline for Agri-Environment Climate Scheme applications has been extended to Monday, 25 April.
- 25 April – deadline to submit your Agri-Environment Climate Scheme applications - extended from 20 April
- 16 May – deadline to submit supporting documentation for Agri-Environment Climate Scheme
Single Application Form:
The deadline for the2016 Single Application Form has been extended to 15 June
- 15 June - the deadline for the 2016 Single Application Form and all supporting documentation without penalty
- 11 July – deadline to make amendments to your SAF or submit supporting documentation that will be subject to late penalties
No forms or supporting documents can be accepted after 11 July unless Force Majeure or Exceptional Circumstance provisions apply.

We also have a number of free to use computers at our area offices that you can make use of to complete applications. These are available on a drop in basis.
