Out of office hours IT support

With the 17 May SAF deadline fast approaching, we are offering outside of office hours IT support this weekend.

If you are experiencing any IT issues with ruralpayments.org, please contact your local Area Office within normal working hours. Outside office hours, our IT service desk is available to help you resolve any IT related issues such as:

  • Issues affecting browsers
  • Issues accessing RP&S
  • Unlocking and resetting user accounts

The service desk cannot provide guidance to help you submit your SAF. If you have a question in relation to SAF, contact your local Area Office during office hours. We encourage you to submit your SAF as early as possible.
