Rural Payments and Services

There is currently an on-going issue on Rural Payments and Services where there has been various misleading Reductions and Exclusions (R&E) communication log update email notifications being sent to customers.

This email alert is directing customers to log in to their account to view the detail, when there is actually no new correspondence to view.

We want to reassure customers that they are not missing any updates and that customers will still be able to view all relevant documentation.

We are currently investigating this and will send an update when the issue has been resolved.
