Rural Payments and Services is back online

The essential maintenance period has now been completed and access to the Rural Payments and Services (RP&S) platform, along with related services, has been restored.

Please note a few important updates:

• Cookies and cache: Please make sure you clear cookies and cache on your browser
• RP&S login: Please update any saved bookmarks or favourites.
• Updated look and feel: You may notice an updated design when accessing RP&S. These changes are part of our ongoing work to improve to the service and user experience.
• Updated logout process: When signing out of Apply and Claims, you will now see a second logout screen. To fully sign out of your account, please select Logout again on this screen.
• New sender email addresses: Emails from RP&S, Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) and AgsCensus will now be sent from new @gov.scot email addresses. Please check your junk or spam folders and add these addresses to your safe sender list if required.
