Rural Payments and Services

Producers who have been awarded grant funding under the Sustainable Agriculture Capital Grant Scheme must submit their claim and supporting documentation by 30 September 2021.

Successful applicants are encouraged to submit their claims as soon as possible with the appropriate invoice(s) and proof of payment.

Completed claims and supporting documents should be emailed to your local Area Office.

If you require a copy of your claim form please contact your local Area Office. Please refer to Annex C of the Scheme Guidance for information on how to complete your claim.

If you are experiencing supply issues which will prevent you from meeting the 30 September 2021 claim deadline please provide details to your local Area Office.

If you have already submitted your claim but at the time of submission had not received the items you have applied for, you must submit your invoice(s) and proof of payment to your local Area Office once these items have been delivered.
