Timeline for customer letters
Below is the most up to date information available regarding the expected timeline for the issuing of customer letters for 2015 payments.
We are aware that there are further letters that we still need to confirm issue dates for and we are working hard on these. We will provide confirmed issue dates for them when we can.

Letters with issue dates confirmed
- 2015 LFASS payment letters (initial 6000) – issued from 9 November, 2016 – the balance of these letters will issue when the remaining payments are made
- 2016 National Basic Payment Scheme loans confirmation of payment letters – just under 12,000 in first tranche of payments issued on Friday 11 November and started arriving with customers from Monday 14 November 2016. These will continue to issue to customers as further loans are paid
- 2015 Basic Payment Scheme entitlement letters – issued from 18 November 2016*
- 2015 Basic Payment Scheme payment letters – started issuing on 28 November 2016, these have to be issued in batches, so will issue gradually over a period of up to 2 – 3 weeks

- 2015 National Basic Payment Scheme loans (state aid confirmation)
- 2015 National LFASS loans (state aid confirmation)
- 2016 AECS letters
- 2015 VCS Payment letters

*This list was updated on 15 December, 2016 to reflect that entitlement letters began to be issued, rather than completed, on 18 November.
