Rural Payments and Services

We’re committed to designing and developing our services around you – our customer – and we’d like your help as we work to improve what we do.

Our user feedback group is an online-only community who provide us with specific feedback on some aspects of our customer-facing guidance and communications.

If you’d like to get involved, we would ask you to help us develop our services in the following areas:

• guidance and information
• certain parts of our online services
• communications and marketing

Taking part is easy - we would email you a maximum of twice a month to ask for your feedback and you will be able to do this from the comfort of your own home or office.
