Out of hours IT support will be available for any IT-related issues on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th May from 5pm-10pm and Friday 15th May from 4.30pm-11.59pm.
Customers and agents who require IT support including account unlock and password resets during these hours can contact AREDigitalanddataservicedesk@gov.scot. Please include the BRN, contact name and number and brief reason for your query.
