Area Office contact details can be found in the directory below. We strongly encourage you to book an appointment rather than turning up on the off chance a member of staff will be available to see you.
If your telephone call is diverted to the answer machine service, please leave your name, contact number and brief details of your query and we will call you back as soon as possible.

New online booking system
We are introducing a new appointment‑booking system. This service will allow you to:
- schedule a dedicated appointment with a member of our team. You can use this time to discuss any matters related to your business or applications
- book a virtual appointment, which will be run using Microsoft Teams, or an in-person appointment in your local Area Office
- access public-use computers, available free of charge in Area Offices. These can be used to log in to Rural Payments and Services, complete applications, update your details, or view map information
You can book an appointment with a member of our team, simply select "Book appointment" under the contact details below for your local Area Office.
