Agri-Environment Climate Scheme 2026
Please note, there is a planned system downtime affecting the Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) 2026 application process.
Essential updates to the systems that supports AECS application submission and document upload will take place from Thursday 18 June to Monday 22 June 2026.
Normal service will resume from Tuesday 23 June 2026.
During this period, the system will be unavailable. You must not:
- start a new application;
- work on an application that is already in progress;
- upload supporting documents
- submit applications
To mitigate the impact of this downtime, the AECS 2026 application window has been extended to midnight on Monday 29 June 2026.
This extension applies to:
- Agri-environment applications
- Combined agri-environment and organic conversion and maintenance applications
- Irrigation lagoon applications
