Area Offices closed

The health, safety and welfare of staff and our customers are of the utmost importance to the Scottish Government. Therefore, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, access to all Scottish Government Rural Payments & Inspections Division (RPID) Offices will be restricted to staff and booked appointments only until further notice.

If you think your query is urgent and you would like a meeting in person, please contact your local office by telephone or email in the first instance. You can find the contact details of your local area office on our website.

If we cannot resolve in this way, we will assess the risk of face to face contact and if appropriate make an appointment for you to be seen in person.

Application forms and other correspondence can still be posted through the letterbox of all area offices and a member of staff will process it as normal.

We aim to provide as full a service to our customers as we can and we will communicate accordingly.
