We have recently published new guidance or added elements to the existing guidance we have already published for Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 schemes under the new CAP.

Less Favoured Area Support Scheme guidance has now been published.

Crofting Agricultural Grant Scheme guidance is now available.

We have added a section on Endorsements to our Agri-Environment Climate Scheme guidance. We’ve also added a step-by-step guide on how to apply for the scheme online.

New rules on minimum activity are now published in the Basic Payments Scheme guidance.

We’ve introduced some flexibility to Cross Compliance, allowing farmers to cultivate land in certain situations. This relates to GAEC 1 and GAEC 7.
