Rural Payments and Services

The Scottish Government is looking to design a new, improved payments service and we need your help to create this. We’re looking for feedback from farmers and crofters who have received payments and payment letters from us, and are willing to share their experiences and thoughts on how our service can be improved.

To do this we are aiming to set up a 30 minute, one-to-one call to discuss:

• What information you would like to receive about your payments
• By which format, structure and medium you would like to receive this information
