We have changed our ‘Land Business Change Form’ based on feedback from customers and staff in our RPID area offices.

Our new ‘PF06 - Land Maintenance Form’ is for farmers and crofters who want to transfer ownership of land parcels, whole holdings or part of a holding. This form should also be used to register or remove land parcels from a business – and for general land boundary and ineligible feature maintenance.

All the new information that is now required will help us to maintain our records to a higher standard and will reduce the risk of errors on land parcels.
