Rural Payments and Services

Following the UK wide network issue which affected Scottish Government and other organisations and disrupted access to Rural Payments and Services, we have been advised that the network provider will undertake further repair works on the fault, starting at Midnight tonight.

This will mean a further period where Rural Payments and Services is unavailable due to the work being undertaken.

The provider is currently unable to say when the service will be available again but we estimate that this is unlikely to be before 7:30 am on Saturday 16, December. The outage may last beyond this as these are circumstances outside our control.
