Rural Payments and Services

The Rural Payments and Services (RP&S) website will undergo essential maintenance during the festive period, resulting in a temporary removal of external access to the platform and several related services.

From Monday, 22 December 2025, the RP&S website and associated external-facing services—including Manage Application and Claims, Preparing for Sustainable Farming(PSF), Future Farming Investment Scheme (FFIS), AGCensus, Horticultural Marketing Unit Online (HMU Online), Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) Targeting, and CRTB—will be unavailable.

Normal service will resume on Monday, 5 January 2026.

Guidance pages can still be access during the maintenance period.

Scottish Government can confirm that this scheduled downtime will not affect payment timetables.

An extension to the Scottish Suckler Beef Support Scheme (SSBSS) has been confirmed and submission can now be made until midnight on 14 January 2026.
