Tenant Farming Commissioner functions: review

The ‘Tenant Farming Commissioner functions: review’ has been published on gov.scot - it advises that all existing functions of the Tenant Farming Commissioner should remain in place and recommends that some new functions should be considered.

Ministers welcome the publication of the review and thank all who contributed their views. The Tenant Farming Commissioner has a vital role, and we will act on the recommendations of the review to enhance that.
