Updated Land Maintenance Form
An updated Land Maintenance Form (PF06) is effective from 17 December 2025. The updated form is designed to simplify and speed up the process of making essential land changes to land parcels. The updated form is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the land management process, making it more accessible and efficient. The enhancements are a result of feedback from both customers and Area Offices.
Key features of the updated form include:
- efficiency: the form is part of an ongoing project to accelerate the processing of land maintenance requests, reducing turnaround times for land changes.
- user friendly: updated design to enhance user experience and ensure easy navigation through the form.
- comprehensive information: capture all necessary details, minimising the need for additional contact for clarifications.
The updated form contains the following changes –
Part 2.2 – Whole Location Code Transfer
This section has been redesigned with further options for ‘Reason For Transfer’
Parts 3 and 4 – Register Land Parcel(s)/Removal of Land Parcel(s)
These sections were previously combined on the same part of the form. To make the form more user friendly these have been separated and are now located in their own specific pages.
In addition to the Land Maintenance Form users can also access an ‘extension page’ for each land change scenario. The extension pages are tailored to accommodate bulk submissions for each land change type.
To further assist users, comprehensive guidance has also been provided on how to fill out the updated Land Maintenance Form. This step-by-step guide ensures a smooth and error free submission process offering clarity on each section of the form. Along with this form, users retain the option to initiate land changes through our online mapping service and you can update your business details via the portal.
To access the new form and initiate land parcel changes where required please visit the forms page.
We appreciate your cooperation in adopting this enhanced process. If you encounter any issues in using the updated form, please contact your relevant Area Office.
