PF05 - Business mandate form
Date published: 16 April, 2025
The Rural Payments & Inspections Directorate (RPID) will not process PF05 mandate forms for “online” businesses using the services of “online” advisory firms or business representatives. These mandates should be set up by the business member holding the responsible person role using the Rural Payments and Services online portal. The tutorial videos below can show you how to do this.

PF05 Business Mandate form
The PF05 form below, can be used by an “offline” business to notify us of people that you wish to use to complete work on behalf of your business. An “offline” business means that your business has not registered for “online” access to use our Rural Payments & Services portal.
This form must be completed by the member of the business holding the role of responsible person, and retuned to us by them. The form should be cosigned by the party agreeing to complete work on behalf of the business. In the case of a commercial advisory firm, this would be any person authorised to sign on the advisory firm’s behalf.
