Single Application Form (SAF) window is now closed
The Single Application (SAF) window has now closed.
Customers who missed the 2024 Single Application Form (SAF) deadline have until Sunday 9 June to submit their SAF and any required supporting documents, but will be subject to a penalty.
Customers who are new to submitting online will have to set up a personal Rural Payments and Services account and link their business to their account before they start their application.
Background
You must submit a SAF if you wish to claim for the following schemes:
- Basic Payment Scheme (including Greening and Young Farmer payments)
- Scottish Suckler Beef Support Scheme (Mainland and Islands)
- Scottish Upland Sheep Support Scheme
- Less Favoured Area Support Scheme
- Agri-Environment Climate Scheme - annual recurrent options
- Forestry Grant Scheme - annual maintenance and management grants
- Rural Development Contracts - Rural Priorities annual recurrent options

The 2024 SAF application window runs from 15 March to midnight on 15 May.
