Online Submission

Using our online service is the easiest and quickest way to submit your claim.

This can also help you avoid simple errors, such as claiming for an animal twice or entering an eartag in the wrong format.

You can find contact details for each office in our Contact us section, which also offers the facility to book an appointment to help with online submission of your claim. Our staff can help you get online and can discuss what support is available. Even if you have no access to the internet, you may be able to make use of computers in your local area office. Please note we have:

  • An online appointment booking service which allows you to book a face to face appointment with a member of our team, or alternatively you can call your local office to book your appointment. You can use this time to help you learn about Rural Payments and Services or talk about any other issues relating to your business.
  • public-use computers available for you to use free-of-charge to log-in to Rural Payments and Services to complete applications, update your personal details or manage a business.

Paper submission

You can also claim by post using a Scottish Suckler Beef Support Scheme claim form. If you choose this option the form must be fully completed, along with details of each animal's identification number, and sent to your local RPID area office.
